Culture and Character Specialist, Public Service Executive

Jennifer Bitz (she/her) has led cultural transformations of organizations ranging in size from 1000 to 40,000 employees. As an executive herself, she has experienced the impact of character development on her own leadership and well-being, as well as its transformative power on organizational culture. She has studied and applied Character-based Leadership for more than a decade within federal organizations.  Jenn is a Leader Character Associate, holds certifications in Character-based Leadership and Prosci Change Management, and a science degree from Queen’s University. She is currently studying at Royal Roads University to be become a Certified Executive Coach through their graduate program and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. As a coach, Jenn aims to accompany leaders in their transformative journey to reach their goals, strengthen their character and build high performing cultures. She draws on somatic awareness and intuition in support of coaching the whole person.
