Jennifer Bitz (she/her) has led cultural transformations of organizations ranging in size from 1000 to 40,000 employees. As an executive herself, she has experienced the impact of character development on her own leadership and well-being, as well as its transformative power on organizational culture.

Jenn brings a wealth of wisdom and practical advice to support leaders in creating the culture they need to achieve their organization’s goals. Her expertise helps leaders to see their challenges in new ways, so that what seemed impossible to change becomes entirely possible. She offers advisory services, workshop design and delivery and keynote speeches on a range of topics related to character, leadership development, organizational culture and human systems transformation.

Jenn is a skilled facilitator and speaker, holds certifications in Character-based Leadership and Change Management, and a science degree from Queen’s University.
