We design and oversee research that provides clients with insights as to the presence and impact of Leader Character into their organization. This information can then be used by clients to fine tune implementation of Leader Character, as well as uncover opportunities for further application. Leader Character Associates also has access to a growing, proprietary data set that can be used (unaggregated, as permitted) to enhance data analytics and metrics associated with the organizational impact of Leader Character.
