Experience
Over a 30-year career, Lorelei Rollings (Chief Superintendent – ret’d) has developed leaders and strengthened organizational culture within high-stakes, complex environments.
She served in senior executive roles within the Royal Canadian Mounted Police—an organization of over 30,000 employees—including Director of National Leadership Programs, Director of Character Leadership Advisory Services, and Director General of Culture and Innovation. In these roles, she advised and led the integration of character-based leadership across the organization—from its introduction at the national police academy, to its inclusion in multiple levels of leadership development programs, and its integration into the executive officer promotional process.
As an executive herself, Lorelei brings direct, practical experience translating the theory and science of leader character into everyday leadership. She has supported leaders at every level—from frontline supervisors to senior executives—as they navigate increasing responsibility, complexity, and stakeholder expectations.
Internationally, Lorelei has taught executive leadership programs to policing officials in Zambia and Indonesia. She also co-designed and facilitated the Aligned Leader Program at Mind Rebel Academy, supporting leaders to deepen self-awareness and improve alignment between themselves and their professional roles resulting in more effective, authentic and purposeful leadership.
Coaching Approach
Lorelei’s coaching is grounded in character, well-being, and personal development. She creates a thoughtful and practical space where leaders can build self-awareness, reflect more deeply, and grow into more intentional and effective versions of themselves.
She works with leaders to strengthen key dimensions of character—such as judgment, humanity, and courage—supporting them in building trust, making sound decisions, and leading with greater clarity. Her approach is both reflective and action-oriented, helping leaders apply insight in real time, whether in everyday interactions or in high-pressure, complex situations.
Lorelei is particularly skilled at helping leaders translate personal growth into improved decision-making, stronger relationships, and healthier organizational cultures—supporting meaningful and sustained impact for individuals, their teams, and the organizations and clients they serve.
