Matthew served 19 years in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Armoured Officer, with operational deployments to Afghanistan and Latvia. His leadership experience includes commanding teams in high-stakes environments and collaborating with multinational partners to support Canada’s overseas commitments.

Most recently, Matthew spent three years as COO of Lastwall Networks, a Silicon Valley tech startup, where he applied his leadership skills to scaling operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Royal Military College of Canada and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. As a certified Leader Character Practitioner through the Ivey Business School, he is deeply committed to advancing character-driven leadership.
