Coaching Highlights

  • One of Randa’s current coaching partnerships is with an executive at an insurance company who is focused on balancing her character dimensions of integrity, humility, drive and courage as she navigates transforming a complex portfolio in today’s tumultuous times for insurers
  • A pharma Quality leader was focused on showing up with stronger temperance, with a focus on composed, calm and self control. Randa partnered with her to debrief a personality assessment that helped her strengthen her self-awareness and how her preferences and style impacted others when she didn’t adapt her approach. She recognized the impact she was having on her team when she took over during meetings with her ideas and not creating the environment for her directs to take ownership of their goals. Randa shared a few tools that allowed her to be more intentional with remaining composed, calm and self-controlled
  • Randa coached a County Clerk on her leadership skills, specifically to strengthen her confidence and situational awareness in dealing with stronger personalities on her immediate team and among her peer group. She used the coaching space to identify mindset challenges preventing her from making courageous and strategic decisions towards her coaching goals and leadership development journey
  • Randa coached an Organizational Development executive at a financial company to provide coaching to their team to allow them to facilitate performance consultations more effectively with the business. Alignment meetings were facilitated with stakeholders, performance documentation reviewed, and individual meetings were conducted to get a line of sight to current state assessment that helped to identify skills gap against expected skills outcomes. Coaching the executive focused on how he can leverage the strengths of the team to deliver expected outcomes. Randa introduced a framework and a set of tools to enable the team with skills to facilitate consultations with the business and is partnering with the executive to provide coaching on specific skills to build their confidence
  • Randa coached a Compensation Executive in transition to find her voice during challenging interactions. The executive has recognized how to tap into her ‘inner voice of wisdom’, adopted breathing techniques to help her stay calm and focused on the big picture during high pressure meetings
  • A senior Culture Lead with a small Technology firm was looking to review the advantages of their current leadership coaching engagement with another coaching organization and was unsure where to start. Randa coached her to create a plan for that approach, clarify her go-forward vision, build a strategy that articulates the vision, including areas to explore with their current provider to assess impact. The Culture Lead’s confidence increased tremendously and as a result was more prepared for discussions with her internal decision makers to gain buy-in and alignment for the new vision and strategy
