Zoe’s Coaching Philosophy
Zoe believes leadership starts with who we are before what we do. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in the understanding that leadership character is cultivated from the inside out — a leader cannot give what they are not attempting to possess. She partners with leaders to foster self-awareness, courage, confidence, and clarity, enabling them to lead authentically and wisely in complex situations.
Her approach is built on:
- Establishing trusted partnerships so leaders feel safe, supported, and challenged appropriately
- Anchoring a foundational understanding and connection to self through exploration of character, values, strengths, and personality
- Identifying and challenging self-limiting beliefs and mindsets that hinder growth
- Deepening awareness, uncovering wisdom and perspectives that expand choices and foster wise decision-making
- Supporting courageous conversations and intentional actions through accountability enabling growth to translate into lasting change
Zoe creates psychologically safe, reflective spaces where leaders and teams can be real, without pretense. Individuals and teams are given the opportunity to process challenges, deepen self-awareness, and ultimately build meaningful connection and resilience. Her clients describe her as insightful and deeply present — someone who creates a space where they feel fully seen, understood, and equipped to grow.
Outside of her work, Zoe enjoys attending retreats, exploring lakes and mountains with her husband, kids, and dog, and immersing herself in the arts. These experiences refuel her own energy and perspective, enriching the way she supports leaders in their own journeys.
