Engaging our co-founder(s) and Associates, and working with the organization’s Risk Management executive, the actual and aspirational risk cultures are reviewed and understood. Various leverage points, development approaches and roll out strategies are considered to generate a plan and roadmap to inculcate Leader Character into existing Risk Management Frameworks, people and processes. This will further ensure decision-making and judgments that are consistent with the organization’s Risk Culture, and in particular to be more durable and sustainable during times of uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity.
